Providing safe, quality water to our customers is our #1 priority. While our normal working hours are 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, we monitor our water quality and provide emergency service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. If you require emergency service please call the Kittery Police Dispatch Center @ 439-1638. They will contact us via cell phone or pager so we may respond to your needs. Please Note: service charges may apply if after hours service is requested for situations where the customer is liable. (i.e. disconnection for non-payment, frozen meter or pipes due to customer neglect, etc.) |
