Disconnection of your water service can be easily avoided by contacting us to make payment arrangements in advance of your service being disconnected.

You will receive a DISCONNECT NOTICE FOR WATER SERVICE if your water bill is past due and your service is scheduled for disconnection.

Fees for disconnection are as follows:

Collection Trip Fee $ 10.00

Customer makes a payment or a payment plan is approved during a KWD
representative's visit to the site to carry out a disconnection.

Reconnection Fee: (after payment is received or a payment plan is approved)

During normal business hours - $ 20.00

After hours - $ 54.00
